Founders: Alexsandra Lantigua and Grace Flannery are both certified coaches, consultants, and leadership trainers with decades of experience working with corporations, small businesses, government agencies, public benefit organizations, and non-profit organizations. They specialize in understanding, shaping, and managing human systems.
The Quantum Culture© model and approach to culture change was created in 2016 in response to society’s tremendous challenges in creating inclusive, respectful cultures where every member knows they belong. This approach has since been successfully employed with a diverse array of clients across North America.
Alexsandra is a coach, facilitator and trainer dedicated to leaders that stand for change, give back to their communities, and positively impact culture and society.
With a strong focus on conscious leadership, she builds awareness and develops skill-sets to help navigate change and complexity. Alexsandra also creates shifts in the areas of diversity, inclusion, power, and privilege. Her work empowers organizations to build equitable dynamic systems and inclusive cultures.
Alexsandra is the founder and CEO of StarSeeds, an international coaching and consulting practice. She is also the Co-founder of Quantum Culture, whose model of Power and Privilege creates a bold new approach to diversity and inclusion, and of DragonFlyers where she opens up a new frontier for conscious leaders and teams through a team wheel diagnostic based on eight intelligences. Alexsandra is also a founding member of the Curriculum and Facilitation team at Paradox (prdx.co), a collective of entrepreneurial leaders uniting our divided world.
Alexsandra has worked globally and her international clientbase includes individuals, partnerships, teams, and organizations. This includes: 3M, Medtronic, Telefónica, Mead Johnson, Blue Cross, Colorado Child Welfare Training System, Open Society Foundations, The United Nations, and Harvard University, among others.
She is a faculty member at Coactive (CTI), CRRGlobal (The Center for Right Relationship), and a lead trainer of the Evocative Leadership Mastery program at the Ehama Institute.
Grace is a leadership coach, consultant and trainer who helps clients successfully navigate change initiatives, address power and privilege challenges, develop meaningful strategic plans, improve productivity and create equitable, impactful organizations.
Grace began her career in the physical sciences but her passion for fairness led her to shift her focus to the social justice arena, including civil rights, women’s rights, LGBTQ rights, inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace, and more. Grace founded her company Leading Spirit in 2001 to bring services to leaders in non-profit and public benefit organizations. She is also the co-founder of Quantum Culture, whose model of Power and Privilege represents a bold new approach to diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Grace has extensive experience in philanthropic, corporate, and business settings. Her diverse array of clients includes Horizons Foundation, Energy Foundation, Earth Justice, California Agricultural Leadership Foundation, Colorado Child Welfare Training System, First 5 of Contra Costa County, Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and Hawaii, Benetech, SalesForce, and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
Grace holds certifications in Co-Active Coaching as well as Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. She is recognized as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation and as a Certified Healing Shame Practitioner with the Center for Healing Shame. Grace holds a MS degree in physical chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana and a BA in chemistry (cum laude) from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY.
